All content on kameos.be (text, images, illustrations, logo, structure, code) is protected by Belgian and international copyright law. "Kameos" is a trade name used by Loïc VINA RANCHEL.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

Recipients

Your data is processed by Kameos only. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may pass through our technical processors (OVH for hosting, Cloudflare for the proxy), all located in the European Union or bound by a GDPR-compliant transfer agreement.

Retention period

• Enquiry with no commercial follow-up: 1 year after the last exchange
• Established business relationship: duration of the relationship + legal retention obligations (10 years for Belgian accounting documents)

Website audience measurement

To understand which pages are viewed and to improve the website, Kameos carries out audience measurement without tracking cookies, profiling or advertising. The following is recorded in anonymised or pseudonymised form: pages visited, traffic source (referring site and UTM campaign parameters), browser type, estimated country of connection and a truncated IP address (the last digits are removed; the full address is never stored). No data is resold or used to identify you individually. This measurement sets no dedicated cookie and relies solely on the technical session cookie (see section 5).

Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring audience and improving the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention period: 25 months maximum, then permanent deletion or anonymisation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by email at [email protected] or by post at the address given above.

5. Cookies

The kameos.be website uses only strictly necessary cookies for it to function properly. It uses no tracking, advertising or profiling cookies and sets no third-party audience measurement cookies. The audience measurement described in section 4 is carried out without a dedicated cookie, relying solely on the technical session cookie below. This is why no consent banner is shown to you.

6. Third-party resources loaded

Kameos makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or permanence of the information published. The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the website.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. Kameos has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant (seat in Nivelles).
