An Odoo nobody understands is an Odoo abandoned.

You have invested months and thousands of euros in your ERP. But if your teams don't use it every day, that investment is worth nothing. The problem is never the tool. It's the missing human support.

What happens when nobody is trained

Odoo is deployed. But on the ground, it's a different story. This isn't a technical problem, it's a human one.

Teams keep working in Excel on the side

Odoo is open in one tab, but the real work still happens in Excel files. Double data entry, inconsistent data, zero productivity gain.

Only one person knows how to use it

Everything rests on one colleague who followed the implementation. When they are absent or overloaded, nobody takes over. The tool becomes a black box.

Data-entry errors every day

Wrong fields filled in, steps skipped, broken workflows. Not through incompetence, but because nobody explained why each step matters.

Nobody dares to ask questions

The fear of looking incompetent stops people from asking for help. Bad habits settle in and spread from one colleague to the next.

Three pillars for real adoption

Training alone isn't enough. You need to support, document and come back to check. Here is how we make adoption stick.

Role-based training

Your accountant learns invoicing and payments. Your salesperson learns the CRM and quotes. Your warehouse operator learns stock and transfers. Everyone learns what concerns them, nothing more.

Adoption audit

One to three months after the training, we come back. We observe how your teams use Odoo day to day, identify what is still blocking them and adjust course before bad habits set in.

Custom documentation

No generic 200-page manuals. Step-by-step guides built on your configuration, with your screenshots, your field names, your processes. An absent colleague can be covered simply by following the guide.

Why our training works

No generic training. We train on your instance, with your data, at your premises or online. Practical, not theoretical.

On your own Odoo instance

We don't train on a demo database. Your teams work directly in their own environment, with their real customers, real products and real workflows.

Real, everyday cases

No PowerPoint theory. We take a real order, a real customer, a real approval flow. Your team practises what it will do tomorrow morning.

At your premises or online

We travel anywhere in Belgium. Or we run the training remotely if that's more convenient. A mixed format also works very well for distributed teams.

Built-in post-training follow-up

Training doesn't end with the last session. We return 1 to 3 months later to measure real adoption and fix what needs fixing.

What a Kameos training session looks like

On site or remote, always on your real data, never a demo Odoo.

  1. Needs & skills assessment

We identify who uses what and where it gets stuck, before building a programme adapted to your roles.

  2. Training on YOUR data

Your real products, your real customers, your real flows. Your teams learn in their own context, not on a fictional case.

  3. Hands-on role-based exercises

Each participant tries things, redoes them, makes mistakes and corrects them. You only truly adopt a tool by using it.

  4. Support & documentation

A written recap, cheat sheets and a channel for questions after the training. Adoption is decided in the weeks that follow.

Your teams deserve to understand their tool

A mastered tool means self-sufficient colleagues, reliable data and an investment that finally pays off. Give your teams the training they deserve.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our Odoo training.

A training session usually lasts half a day to a full day per job group. The complete programme runs over 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the number of departments and the complexity of your Odoo configuration.
Both. We come to your premises anywhere in Belgium, or run the sessions by video call. A mixed format also works very well for teams spread across several sites.
Absolutely. We train by job group: accounting, sales, logistics, production... Each group learns only what concerns them. There's no need to tie up the whole company at the same time.
Resistance often comes from the fear of getting things wrong or losing one's bearings. We train on real cases from each team's daily work, in a supportive setting where every question is welcome. Everyone leaves with a personalised step-by-step guide that acts as a safety net.
Yes. We offer an adoption audit 1 to 3 months after the training. We come back to see how your teams really use Odoo, identify any remaining blockers and adjust the documentation if needed. The goal is lasting adoption, not a one-off.
