Let's be clear: if you are a commercial business looking for profitability, time savings and a professional image, Odoo Enterprise is a must. Why? Because the time your employees waste on workarounds is money lost.
- The interface (UI): Enterprise is attractive, fast and fluid. Visual comfort makes all the difference for your teams.
- Odoo Studio: The "magic wand" to change your screens without coding.
- AI accounting: Automatic bank reconciliation and invoice digitisation.
- Mobile: The native app (iOS/Android) for your sales reps on the road.

2. Odoo Community: Control (Non-profits)
Community is the Odoo engine, without the luxury options. It is "Open Source". This is where our approach for non-profits (ASBL) makes the most sense. An association needs to manage its members and donations without ruining itself on recurring per-user licences.
- No per-user cost: Unlike Enterprise, you pay no monthly licence for your employees or volunteers.
- Hosting: Be aware that the software is free but it has to be stored somewhere: either on your own servers, or hosted and secured by Kameos (fixed monthly cost, regardless of the number of users).
- The Kameos touch: We add our own modules to handle Belgian accounting and membership, filling the gaps of the free version.
